At Sunnamusk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization form.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused items back into their original presentation boxes and ensure they are securely packed in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you keep a copy of the postage receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
